West Texas District Chartering cycle - Saturday, October 04, 2008

The WTxDRR annual chartering cycle is August - October of each year.  If you have not chartered or renewed your charter (an annual requirement) download the Chartering Forms from the Chartering Tab and send it, with fees, to the Chartering Coordinator. 

If you have renewed through the National Office, and your charter ends before August 31, 2009, contact the Chartering coordinator to arrange extensions of your charter for the '08-'09 charter year.
