The Chartered Outpost is the foundation of the Royal Ranger Ministry. It is the organization that identifies the purpose of "Reaching, Teaching, and Keeping Boys for Christ. The charter is the thing that identifies the Ministry to Boys in the local church as belonging to the District, National, and world congregation of boys and Leaders dedicated to producing Godly men for the Work of the Lord.
